What to Expect

Teen sessions are 50, 65, or 80 minutes in a completely confidential environment. While we encourage family involvement where appropriate, your teen's privacy is respected — they need to know this is their space.

We use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and person-centred therapy, adapted to each teen's needs and communication style.

In-person and remote options

Sessions available in person in Langley, BC or via secure video.
